Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using this website or engaging our services.
Effective date: March 29, 2026 · Last updated: March 29, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by AimPro Mechanical (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and related online services (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Separate written agreements—including proposals, work authorizations, service agreements, and invoices—govern specific HVAC, plumbing, and related field services. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement for a particular job, the signed agreement controls for that job.
2. Who we are
The Site is operated by AimPro Mechanical, a business providing commercial and residential HVAC, plumbing, and related services in Arizona. Contact: (480) 200-6269 or our contact form.
3. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
4. Use of the Site
4.1 Permitted use
You may use the Site for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms, including learning about our services and submitting legitimate inquiries.
4.2 Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or data;
- Introduce malware, overload, or disrupt the Site or other users’ access;
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site through automated means in a way that impairs the Site or violates our rights, except as allowed by public search engines indexing for ordinary discovery;
- Use the Site to transmit false, misleading, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory content;
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
5. Information and quotes
Content on the Site (including descriptions, blog articles, and general guidance) is for general information only. It is not a substitute for an on-site assessment, engineering judgment, or a written proposal. Estimates, quotes, and schedules provided through the Site or verbally are subject to change until confirmed in writing and may depend on site conditions, code requirements, permits, parts availability, and weather.
6. Services in the field
HVAC, plumbing, and construction-related work are subject to applicable codes, permits, manufacturer requirements, and safe work practices. You agree to provide safe access to work areas and accurate information about your property and systems. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue work where conditions are unsafe, unlawful, or outside our licensing or insurance scope.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site content without our prior written permission, except for temporary copying necessary to view the Site in a browser or as allowed by law.

The Site may link to third-party websites or resources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.
9. Privacy
Information you submit through contact forms, newsletter sign-ups, or similar features is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection, fair trading, or similar laws.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL AIMPRO MECHANICAL, OUR OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR CONTRACTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS (OTHER THAN CLAIMS GOVERNED BY A SEPARATE WRITTEN SERVICE AGREEMENT) WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR (B) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US SPECIFICALLY FOR ACCESS TO THE SITE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (IF ANY). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
12. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AimPro Mechanical and our personnel from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law—except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

15. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would require another jurisdiction’s laws to apply.
Except where prohibited by law or where a different venue is required for a consumer claim you bring in your home jurisdiction, you agree that the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site (other than disputes governed solely by a separate written service agreement, which may specify different procedures).
16. Informal resolution
Before filing a claim in court (where permitted), you agree to contact us at the phone number or contact page above and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.
17. Severability and assignment
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent.
